The Hanover Chamber Foundation’s specific purpose is to champion the enhancement of Hanover County, Virginia, through leadership development, philanthropy and community support programs.
Janeen Shaffer is a career and leadership coach with over twenty years of leadership experience in management consulting and talent development at organizations including Deloitte and Booz Allen. She has a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) and is a graduate of the Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program. Janeen offers over nine years of success in coaching Fortune 500 leaders, emerging women leaders, academia and non-profit directors, and start-up businesses. She is known for her warmth, insights, and transformative connection with her clients.

See the 8-week schedule. The Coalition Series is a partnership of 7 Ashland and Hanover business-focused organizations. The Hanover Chamber, Hanover County Economic Development, the Town of Ashland, the Dominion Innovation Center, Market Ashland Partnership, Downtown Ashland Association and the Chamber Foundation. During this webinar series, each partner organization will host a session on a topic relevant to our communal response and effort to thrive despite a challenging economy.
Registration This series is free to attendees – we will be collecting donations throughout the series to be given to the Hanover Meal Kit relief effort and Hanover Foundation Scholarship Fund. To give to this cause please click here to designate a donation.
