Join us at Oakdale for a lunch from Homemades By Suzanne and a presentation on Financial Management. Scott Geller, from Capitis Advisors, will cover financial planning, scenario planning, forecast workshopping, and more. He will discuss the true meaning of "strategy" and the most effective strategies to tackle financing within your organization. Scott has experience in both large and small business financing and will use a pragmatic approach to discuss the common pitfalls that can come from flawed planning.
